These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Citrus Collective website and services. By accessing this site or purchasing services from Citrus Collective or working with us directly, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services
Citrus Collective provides branding, website design, and related digital services. All services are customized and delivered according to the scope outlined in your project agreement. Any requests outside of the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees and timelines.

Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your project start date. Remaining payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement. Work will not continue and final files will not be delivered until all payments have been received. If a payment is missed or delayed, Citrus Collective reserves the right to pause or cancel the project.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and timely process, you agree to provide all required content, submit feedback on time, and communicate clearly.

Timelines & Delays
Project timelines depend on client participation. Delays over 14 days may shift timelines. Projects inactive for 30+ days may be paused or archived.

Revisions & Scope Changes
Additional revisions outside scope may require additional fees.

Third-Party Platforms
Citrus Collective is not responsible for issues related to third-party tools like Showit, Flodesk, JaneApp, or Canva.

Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific business results.

Limitation of Liability
Citrus Collective is not liable for damages resulting from use of this site or services.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time.
